This was attributed to her effortless fusion of the different facets of the genre. Diverse as it is, there is a rich plethora of elements of Black Butterfly to explore and appreciate. For starters, the writing is exceptional and significantly matured when compared to her debut album, TKO. While on TKO she carried the youthful naivity, on Black Butterfly TK was reckoning with her greatness and comfortably settling into it. Her vocals commanding and powerful in both songs but still vulnerable and emotive.

Kakapana 01 Mar Aaah TK, beautiful angelic voice. I knew every lyric to her TKO album, it really rocked. She was really talented and she passed away so soon. We still miss your talent TK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you are at peace wherever you are.

It should be a lesson to all of us You do not know the time nor the hour. Thinking about TK now made my heart sink a bit but I remember attending one of her sessions at a club called Frankie's in CT and my the way I danced to "How do u feel?
